PG and hostel door servicing
PGs around Bagh Lingampally and the Adikmet-side lanes are where we do most of our Vidyanagar work. Hinge, alignment and door edge fixes
Hollow flush doors in student housing lose their hinges within 3-4 years — the screws strip out of the thin door edge. We drill out the failed hole, glue in a hardwood dowel, and remount the hinge into fresh solid wood. This is a proper fix that holds even in a PG; rate is ₹350 per hinge or ₹800 for all three replaced together.
